I ordered a harness from these lovely people that took two weeks to arrive through no fault of Happy Biner.

I put it down to living in WA, but nevertheless they contacted me at the end of the month to refund the expedited shipping. Amazing service, can't recommend them enough!

I’m so glad that I found Happy Biner, Mitch and Sophie are not only very knowledgeable about their products but passionate too, their level of customer service is amazing. I bought a pair of climbing shoes online Mitch took the time to answer any questions I had and Sophie promptly emailed me to update the status of my order it was by far the best online customer service I’ve ever received. I was also extremely lucky to be one of their black Friday customers who had their orders fully refunded. When a large company does this sort of things it’s usually charged back to a supplier, but when a small business does this, it means that it has come from their generosity. Thank you guys so much I look forward to buying more of you in the future.

Great bit of gear
